Payment and transaction information
Payment information is collected and processed by Shopify and our payment processors. Shopping and transaction activity
The products you view, place in your cart, add to a wishlist, purchase, return, exchange, or cancel, as well as information about previous transactions and interactions with the Services.
Communications with us
Information you provide when contacting customer service, submitting an inquiry, requesting a return or refund, responding to a survey, or otherwise communicating with MILLSÉ.
Reviews and user-submitted content
If these features are offered, we may collect product reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, and other content that you voluntarily submit.
Marketing and communication preferences
Your email and SMS subscription status, marketing consent records, communication preferences, and interactions with promotional emails, text messages, advertisements, or other marketing communications.

Information about your device, browser, operating system, network connection, IP address, cookie identifiers, and other unique identifiers.
Usage information
Information about how and when you access, navigate, and interact with the Services, advertisements, emails, SMS messages, and other digital communications.
We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through ordinary customer-service communications. Please do not send confidential financial, government-identification, health, or similarly sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary to address your inquiry.
Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information from the following sources:
Directly from you
For example, when you make a purchase, create an account, subscribe to email or SMS communications, contact customer support, submit a review, or otherwise provide information to us.
Automatically through the Services

Relationship With Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information concerning your access to and use of the Services to provide ecommerce hosting, checkout, payment, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, personalization, customer-account, advertising, and other services.
Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and other service providers located in the United States and other countries.

- improved products and personalization;
- store-performance improvements;
- security and fraud prevention;
- analytics and measurement;
- and improved advertising and ad targeting.
No other Shopify merchant is permitted to directly access MILLSÉ customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.
In some circumstances, Shopify processes personal information for its own purposes and is responsible for responding to requests concerning that processing.
For more information about Shopify’s practices and your rights concerning Shopify’s processing, review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
You may exercise certain choices concerning Shopify’s use of personal information through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Depending on where you live, you may use our data-sharing opt-out page to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising.
Shopify’s data-sharing opt-out page may prevent applicable information from being used by Shopify or other third parties for targeted advertising based on activity across different merchants, websites, and services.
Where required and technically supported, if you access the Services with the Global Privacy Control preference signal enabled, we will treat the signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it.
Other than legally recognized preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, we do not currently respond to general “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to websites, applications, social-media platforms, or services operated by third parties.
Those third parties maintain their own privacy, security, and data-handling practices. MILLSÉ is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete it.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no security system, transmission method, or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should not provide sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels.
You are responsible for protecting any credentials or methods used to access your customer account.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications about your purchases, shipments, deliveries, returns, refunds, account, security, or policy changes.
International Processing and Transfers
MILLSÉ is based in the United States. Shopify and other service providers may transfer, store, or process personal information in the United States and other countries, including countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
