We want you to love your MILLSÉ piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose either a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original MILLSÉ packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your piece arrives safely back to MILLSÉ. Returns showing signs of wear cannot be accepted. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please use the contact form below. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation requests will be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to the return policy.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Each MILLSÉ piece is thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected materials. With proper care, your jewelry can retain its beauty and brilliance for years to come.

To preserve its finish, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, sunscreen, and household cleaning products. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Prolonged exposure to water, perspiration, and chlorine will gradually wear the gold over time.

After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth. Store it in the MILLSÉ pouch provided, away from moisture and separate from other jewelry to help prevent scratches.

Although beautifully crafted, your jewelry should be handled with care. Avoid bending or reshaping the metal, as this may damage the finish or compromise the integrity of the piece.
